When Cubs went up 3 game to 1, my father-in-law (an avid Cubs fan) bought airline tickets to Chicago and a room at The Westin for 5 days just to be with some buddies of his at a favorite tavern. Oh ----!

Pedro's pitching tonite...did you say Zimmer down??!!

Wish the Bosox would pull this one out but I wouldn't bet on it. History suggests it'll be Yanks-Fish (boooorrrring).

Well, don't be a fool and book a room in Boston cause there won't be any games there until next Spring.

Bottom of the third inning, Red Sox 3, Yankees - A BIG GOOSE EGG!

Cowboy up ... 6 more innings and then the Red Sox will be trawling the marlin and squish the fish.

The cloud of doom is hovering, but I still believe in the Sox if they can get through this inning tied.

Been a Red Sox fan for over 50 years. Consider the B curse
1-The B ambino
2-The B ucky Dent homer
3-The B ill B uckner error
4-The B ullpen has blown games all year
5-B oone hits a home run tonight

Wait till next year!!!!

Armand's got a point.
Cub fans have it all over Red Sox faithful when it comes to pain and suffering.

As both a Sox and a Cubs fan(good choices) I will say that Sox fans are MUCH more passionate and faithful. I think the difference is though, the sox fans expect to loose, and the cubs fans hope to win. The Sox are my team, but going to grad school in Chicago got me hooked on the Cubs for a National league team.
