One night in LV, what would you do?

OK, one night to paint the town. What would you do? Where would you go. Where would you eat. The town has so many choices now, I am not sure where to start...

Whatever you do, don't leave anything in the room

Why are you starting a new thread instead of topping the old one?

Try to do a walk through at the Venetian (see the painted ceiling at the entrance), the Forum at Caesar's Palace, the Bellagio for the Conservatory and gardens, and the Mandaly Bay & Paris if you have time. All of these places have terrific dining. If you mention a budget & what type of food you're looking for there will be lots of suggestions....

Mona Mi Gabi at Paris & Olives at the Bellagio would be my top suggestions for mid priced dining. And the Paris buffet in the morning for the crepes....

Hi Faina, just trying a new angle for information. Still have not made decisions on what to do this night.

OK, more info. Two couples, fifty something, fun and maybe at times a little crazy. Like to drink and have a good time. Have a little money to throw around. Not the first time in Vegas. Want a real nightlife kind of experience. Dinner at some point would be nice.

Have been considering Studio 54(since I almost went there one night when living in NYC but didn't make it, too cold that night), Showgirls of Magic(a T and A magic show), La Femme (the classiest skin review), Tabu (for a techno kind of evening), maybe Red Square for martinis. I don't know. We have one night to get a little crazy and play in the big town.

And I will be very careful to NOT leave anything in the room at the Mandalay Bay this time. And to also have both DH and I keep our keys in our pocket so that we can see the pool this time.

So the different angle is to ask what would you do with one crazy night to play in Sin City. Or is Vegas Sin City anymore???

Yes, yes, all those ideas sound good. Red Square gets a nice mix of age groups, but don't spread this info around, okay? Too many people are finding out about it, just kidding

Oh yea, or Ghost Bar (are we too old?)

Then there is a new show called WE WILL ROCK YOU about Queen. Thought that might be fun and different?

Where is this show? I'll be in Vegas too, you know! In February.

What would we all do without Google? Or Foders. We all must have had some pretty sucky trips before we found Fodors.

Heavens,

I think you'd like La Femme. It's really a different experience--not classic Las Vegas skin show at all. The theater is modeled after the Crazy Horse in Paris, France and I really did feel the change in atmosphere when we walked in. Maybe Mon Ami Gabi, followed by La Femme--it would be a very Parisian evening. We'll be in Vegas the 15th--this trip we're seeing Celine--can't wait. Have a great trip.

Ghost bar may be very good, sometimes the crowd can be a little too young the line can be terrible.

I'd go see Zumanity and then have a sexy dinner at Fix.

OR, have dinner somewhere, see La Femme at MGM, then head to Studio 54.
I like Studio 54, it's hip, not TOO young...end the night at Tabu on their sleek couches with a late night drink or two...

(I don't work for MGM! I just like the mix of food/bars/entertainment)
