Estes Park over Easter

My family (DH and I both age 40, DS age 13 DD age 11 and my parents age 64 and 62) will be staying in Estes Park for 4 nights, April 8 until April 12. I am looking for things to do and see. Is it to late for sking? Any resturant suggestions would also be helpful.

I'm not real sure when the snow melts enough to travel Trail Ridge Road through Rocky Mountain National Park. Elk, Moose, Bighorn Sheep. Awesome scenery. Its a great drive that ends in Grand Lake. If you can get there, it's a cool little old west town!
