I'll be flying into DIA on Continental to meet my daughter and begin a road trip that will take us to L.A. via Taos, Santa Fe, and Flagstaff (Grand Canyon). Does anyone know of a convenient place to meet at the airport? She'll be driving in from Boulder to pick me up. Many thanks.

You should get your luggage, take an elevator to the 4th level where she can drive up to meet you . There is a parking lot where where she can park near the terminal. You can call her (I assume you have a cel phone) when you are at the luggage carrousel with your luggage and then meet her at the CO "door" on the level where private cars can pick up passengers.

Or she can park and come in and check for your flight's baggage carousel and meet you there. That way she can help with your luggage.

Except if she parks, you'll both have a bit of hike, with luggage. I like picking people up on the pick-up level. Make sure to differentiate WEST or EAST! (You can use a cart to get to the elevator if you have too much luggage.)

Agree with Sylvia on all counts. My family has done it both ways. The waiting lot makes it a lot easier. The place she would park to come up to meet you is the same level that you would take the elevator down to meet her if she just picks you up.
