Best seats wicked - Where?!

We are going to NYC at Christmas and are only able to find tickets on the net. We will only spring for the not-best orchestra ones. NO mezzanine - too distant. First of all is Wicked worth all this trouble? (I LOVE the music already)... and where is the best place to sit. I don't mind a slightly "off" view if I can see detail. THANKS!

If you are smart you'll call the box office of the theatre directly.

Thanks, but I tried that. The only reponse I can get is that it's a matter of opinion (translation: don't bother us). It's hard to form an opinion, tho, when you're 12 hours away and can't see the seating in person.

This is a huge theater, you want as close as you can get in my opinion.

The tickets I'd be able to get are probably against the wall, which is not terrible, but not the best. I was thinking of rows L or N (Q has an aisle in front of it, but seems too far back, just the same). Any suggestions are appreciated and thanks for taking time to write
