I've made 6:30 reservations on a Sunday evening need to be at Radio City at 8:00 is this going to work? Do you think if we showed up a little early we could be seated? Please advise as your knowledge is invaluable. Thanks!

Though service at Becco is usually very good, 6:30 is making it a little tight. Can you change the reservation to 6? If not, I would at least call and tell them of your situation and then repeat it when you show up.

Thanks Howard! I'm going to call and see if I can change it but I'm not too confident as I explained that I was going to the show at 8:00 when I made the reservation and that's the time he gave me. The reservations is for 12/8 and since everything I've read says you need reservations well in advance, I was just happy to get in. I will call and try as I hate being rushed. Otherwise we will just show up at 8:15 and hope to be seated early. What do you think of that possibility?

Sarah, I assume you meant 6:15. It might work. I suggest you mention that to them when you call if they can't change the reservation for you. I would definitely tell them what your problem is. Let us know what happens.

Guess what? I just called and the guy said sure no problem and moved it to 6:00. Gotta love those New Yorkers and to think all those years I believed New Yorkers were rude and the city was un safe. Thankfully those rumors were grossly unfounded. By the way I have my dates and times all messed up on this post. I did mean to say 6:15 and the date is actually 12/10. Rest assured though we will arrive there on time and on the right date. Looking forward to blowing this midwestern country town that I live in and taking another bite out the Big Apple!! Yahoo!!!
