Atlanta Layover
Hi,
We have a 10 1/2 layover arriving in Atlanta at 7:00 a.m. and departing Maynard Jackson International terminal at 5:00 p.m. Is there a hotel/lounge at the new terminal? I'd rather not rent a car and sightsee for a short time. I would prefer to relax at a nice hotel or lounge to rest up for the next leg of our trip. I would appreciate any suggestions of an in-house accommodation.
Aloha.

Review says closest thing to a terminal hotel. Not familiar with anything in house.

This may give you what you need.

For a more traditional lounge, there is one called The Club at ATL in the international terminal.
For food, One Flew South is excellent.
You can travel freely between concourses by train, so don't get hung up on the international terminal vs others. Indeed, some international flights still leave from concourse E.

Travelgourmet and rjasnumberonefan,
I researched the minutesuites and I reserved a four-hour stay for $124 (no showers).
fyi,I tried calling the Marriott Gateway front desk and I could not secure a reservation for a day rate until the morning of.
The Springfield Suites do not offer day rates.
Again, thank you.
