Your itinerary is ambitious and I think it is a lot to cover in 19 days.
Based on your interests you could potentially cut out something from the itinerary.

BTW, if you are planning on visiting Denali Natl. Park i don't think you have enough time allocated for it.

I have to agree it's a lot to do in 19 days. We did a little less in a month. Frankly the highlights of our trip were staying three nights in the back country of Denali and three nights in the backcountry on Kenai, and going over to Seldovia for a night from Homer.

We found the Top of the World highway from Dawson City towards Fairbanks not only incredibly rough and dusty (which we knew) but surprisingly not that scenic. And we found Fairbanks one of the least interesting places we went. In all honesty, I'd consider cutting out the trip to Dawson City, Eagle Plains, and Fairbanks, taking the lower route towards Denali and giving yourself more time there.

I too agree you have way to much time in transit and you are not considering that Alaska travel is NOT always 55mph, expect delays and the ability to stop along the way. Also forget 300 mile days, spend time at destinations and enjoy activities- don't spend all your time driving. My opinion only but I would only fly to Dawson City- I've gone with Air North out of Fairbanks. Again- I also agree- why no Denali Park??? It is a highlight of Alaska travel and worth 2 overnights in the area. I think you would be better off with a round trip Anchorage or Fairbanks, unless you are willing to add another week. This plan is just not the best in my experience.
