The Bit And Spur in Springdale is good for Zion, interesting special dishes.

Farmington and Bryce are going to be tough!

I would just stick with Bryce Lodge in Bryce. Ruby's is pretty weak,IMOP.
Eat lunch in Zion, right outside the lodge under the big tree, many people there every day.
Whiptail Grill in Springdale would get my vote. Spaghetti squash enchilada is very good there.

Sorry, I was in a hurry - there are a couple of Santa Fe food threads as well. Look for threads by DebitNM and BeachGirl247.
I really like Andiamo! www.andiamoonline.com in the Railyard area for moderately priced Italian food. Cowgirl BBQ, also in the Railyard, is tasty as well.

BeachGirl put together a big list for Santa Fe.
Here's a few for SF: (1) Tomasita's - there's a reason they have lines out the door at opening; (2) La Choza - also good for NM food (Tomasita's is far better); (3) Flying Star Cafe - excellent and sizable desserts; (4) agree with her Gherkinness above on Cowgirl BBQ and Andiamo.
For Taos = Old Blinking Light, El Taoseno. Bent Street Cafe for lunch; but Doc Marten's is bang<buck.
