Jack: you asked the same question on TA, with no replies.
Put his last name on TA's search feature and you will find at least one favorable recent comment.
However, he seems to be rather a guide than just a driver.
I don't know him, because I'm a local and don't need that kind of service.
Have a great time in our country.

My husband and I booked transportation from the International airport into the city to a hotel by the national airport through the Visa Infinite concierge. John Boyle is the taxi driver (bilingual) who was booked for us. The rate was right in line with research I did. (We travel the end of December). - Hope that helps.....

I research taxis before a visit in August, came across John Boyle and booked him for airport transfer to hotel and also for a day to take my friend and I to the skydiving facility about 90 mins outside Buenos Aires. I would thoroughly recommend him. He was very knowledgeable, punctual and amiable. We subsequently booked him for our return airport transfer. I am returning to BA in January with another friend and have booked him to take us to Delta Tigre as we only have a few hours in town and I didn't want to risk other transport as I know he will pick us up as agreed and get us back in time for flight. Thoroughly reliable.
