Is it better to take a tour to Capilano Suspension Bridge or

Do you recommend a tour or just shuttle to Bridge and check it out on my own? Is having a guide worthwhile?

You do not need a guide. Capilano Suspension Bridge is a paid admission tourist attraction. Simply go on your own. No need for a tour.
