Hi, this new all inclusive resort https://www.oceanhotels.com/en/costa...-costa-mujeres seems great, however, seems like it's still in soft launch mode and am trying to contact the resort but can't seem to be able to contact them to find out when they are officially open. Travelocity reviews are great, but always unsure about those reviews.

So if anyone has any knowledge or awareness about this new all inclusive resort..please share..

I have zero knowledge of this particular resort but I would never choose a brand new place that isn't even opened (maybe yes maybe no) yet. How can Travelocity be posting reviews when it isn't even open.

I've no idea why you are seeking out this particular location, but for sure in Mexico I'd go with a place that had been around for awhile. Even in the US to see a construction project finish on time is a rarity!
