Citi Advantage question

For those who use miles on their site, (American Airlines Citi card Advantage) anyone notice, that even when click "redeem" sometimes it still show dollar prices and not the miles cost? Is this a glitch on site or something I should know, maybe i'm not navigating it best?

Using a basic flight search on AA (where my AA citi miles show as posted to my AA account), this is what I see.
It could have something to do with your browser cache (clear it) , or some other glitch somewherere between your device and the AA website...

I use AA Citicard miles (though the source of the miles will make no difference) and have never seen a $ price when I’ve checked the “Redeem miles” box on the homepage.
