Hi Everyone, I am recently planning to visit Kashmir so I want some advice and those who have visit there from them i want some guidance from People to visit. Here a few things I am Interested.

1.Best Time to go -
Many Peoples says that March-May and September-October are Best months. Is yours experience is true ?

2.Places to visit - Srinagar, Gulmarg, Pahalgam and Sonmarg it was already on my list. But there are any offbeats places for tourists that are usually miss?

3.Houseboat and Shikara - Dal Lake Houseboat for one night stay it is worth ? And how is yours Shikara ride experience?

4.Local Food - I am Heard that Kashmiri Wazwan dishes and Kahwa Tea it is must for try. Any Specific recommendations ?
5.Budget and Safety - I will be travelling on cheap Budget. Nowadays, this is how much safety, specially this is for solo travellers ?

If anyone gone and visit there recently, then i want some better guidance and from that I will be very helpful.
