Do we still have a forum for Malaysia?
Hi All
I used to be a member of virtualtourist, also of lonelyplanet, I am still with tripadvisor but reduced writing.
My impression: Most hosters of traval forums changed a lot over the years, especially after covid when people could not travel.
It often feels like an ad market place and not a travel forum.
From a forum I expect that travellers are sharing advice and experience with other travellers.
And locals are helping travelers in getting a long.
And yes, there might be competition between human based forums, search engines and AI powered chat systems.

Fodor's has no country-specific forums. There is a tag in the Asia forum for Malaysia. If you look, you'll see that there are rare, but occasional posts about Malaysia.

Traffic on all Fodor's forums is down substantially. The busiest forum is for Europe. WIthin Asia, Japan typically gets the most posts.

Welcome!
