Aranyik Sword Village

Hi. Looking for current information on how to get to Aranyik sword/knife village, from Bangkok.
Not interested in a 10,000 TBH tour. I believe that the train or bus will get you close, but I don't know the particulars.

Here is the address where you want to go:
Phra Non, Nakhon Luang District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Thailand

Go to Rome2Rio.com, and plug that into your destination and put in your starting point. It will give you all your options.

You can get a train from Hualamphong in Bangkok heading for Ayutthaya and get off at the closest station, Ban Phachi Junction and get a taxi or tuk tuk. Alternatively, go all the way to Ayutthaya and spend a few hours exploring the ruins of the ancient capital and then get a taxi to the village. It is a little longer but more worthwhile. Its a long way to go for a few knife factories and shops and you will be able to buy much of the stuff you see there in shops and markets in Bangkok for not many more baht. I collect kitchen knives from our travels around the world and frankly, what you will find there is OK but not the best and certainly not worth a special trip.

According to Google Maps, it's permanently closed.
