How to book ITA business class (?)
I tried to buy business tix to CAT on ITA last year and was told by a phone agent in Albania that the only way to do this was by phone.
This makes me nervous. Should it? (I think it's good to see the flights in writing before agreeing to them by phone..). (We ended up flying RT to CAT via Munich on Lufthansa)
Fast forward to today, when I am making plans for another trip to Italy in October, this time from JFK to Bari and home from Brindisi.
I looked at the ITA site and, once again, after a. half an hour of punching in my dates and attempting to look at flights, I found no way to see business class options. They have an entire page extolling their medium- and long-haul business flights (is USA to Italy medium- or long-haul??) but no link to book those flights.
It's possible that I am doing something wrong but even so, the ITA site does not seem user-friendly.
Is there anyone who has booked ITA business-class tickets who perhaps has a tip for me on how to do this, other than booking on the phone with an agent in a third country?
I think I could book the same flights on Delta but from past experience, Delta always costs more than the Italian airline for the same flights and thee flights will be pricey enough...
I'd appreciate any help. Thanks very much.

I did a test run and was able to book a multi-leg itinerary JFK to Bari, Brindisi to JFK in business class. The key may be to click on "Multi Leg" - see these screen captures.
I'm planning a trip to Italy this fall as well, and I'm waiting to see if ITA gets integrated into the Lufthansa systems/Star Alliance so I can use my Star/UA miles...

I had a feeling its would be easy for all of you experts!!!
Why the heck am I having so much trouble?? (I was trying only JFK-Bari just to see the business prices..I did not even go as far as trying the multi city option....)
Could it be that I am using Safari? It's late now but tomorrow I could try with Chrome or Firefox...
I made so many attempts and never saw the place to plug in business class. I saw a sliding scale of budget and the budget offered topped out well below the price for business..
When I am less tired, tomorrow, I will take another look and even see if I can do the scene shot capture which may well be beyond my capabilities....
Thank you all SO much for helping me out with this.
I'll come back here after I take another stab at this....
