Airport Security Efficiency Across Asia – What’s Your Experience?
Hi all,
I recently traveled through a few major airports in Asia—Changi, Haneda, Suvarnabhumi, and Delhi—and noticed big differences in how security and baggage screening are handled.
Changi was incredibly smooth and fast, almost seamless. Haneda felt very methodical and polite, as you'd expect in Japan. In contrast, Delhi had longer lines but moved along reasonably once it got going. What stood out most was how some airports had better systems for handling trays and baggage tubs, which made things faster and less stressful.
I’m curious—what airports in Asia have impressed you the most (or the least) when it comes to security and baggage screening? Any standout tips for making the process easier?
Looking forward to hearing your travel stories!
