If you don't want to futz around with the link and translating, here is what it says :
Officers of the Border Guard station in Kraków-Balice refused entry to Poland to a 54-year-old American woman. When checking her passport, it turned out that the foreigner had written down her travel stories in it. In this way, the document "became useless".
