Ryanair verification
I'm booking a one-way flight from Dublin to Liverpool on Ryanair. But when I enter my information, it wants to verify my identity. Okay....but the ball just spins and spins....and then times out. The chatbot doesn't help. Is there a way to talk to a real person about my dilemma?,and maybe get a solution? Thanks.

Ryanair makes it really difficult to contact them other than the Chat. I'd maybe post your question on Flyertalk, someone there may know a get around or even an inside phone number.

Oh, thank you for the kind reply. I've discovered that RyanAir does have Customer Care agents (I think that means real people!) who can answer an online query. But since I'm in the States, I just need to email them in the middle of the night. They *do* have a phone number, but once again, I'm doing this from overseas, and I'd rather not call. Ah, yes, remember why we used travel agents?....I've heard of Flyer Talk, but haven't spent much time on that website. I'll give it a try.
