Start with airline websites. Sign up for newsletters so when they have offers, you get to see them.
Try one of the more reputable, established OTAs such as Expedia, Orbitz.
Use Skyscanner to search for deals but only book with companies you’ve researched first - there are some OTAs that you’d probably not want to book through.
