Newbe ex military

Hi guys! So my family and I have been more seriously talking about getting more remote and enjoying more places out of the US. I have a 42ft 5th wheel and seeing how realistic it is to drive it somewhere. Sorry for being very naive but just starting to seriously research. Very beginning stages and understand I need to research/visit potential locations but for now I'd like to know about driving/finding places for something that big. Thanks in advance patriots 😁

That might be a better question for an RV forum.
What time of year? Coastal areas can be brutally hot & humid during the summer. Do you speak any Spanish? What other interests might you have?
That said, I do know that the Costa Esmeralda in Veracruz is a popular with RV'ers due to its proximity to the border.
There is an RV park near where I live in Guanajuato state. Mild weather year round. Plus it's located not far off of the safe main toll road that runs through central Mexico. There are hot springs near by. You can drive to San Miguel from the border in one day, like 11 hours or so. If there's no delays.
Home - Hotel - RV Park San Ramón
No doubt there are many other parks, I just personally know of the aforementioned.

Bienvenidos/welcome to the Mexico forum ~ No worries about being new, everyone is welcome here...

But how long is the trip? Do you have someplace(s) specifically you want to visit? If you don't mind telling us what "family" is involved (like ages, abilities, interests, number of people etc.) is helpful for replies. Starting location if you don't mind saying?
