Curious about retirement

Been on a few cruises. Love them. Won't ever do a staycation again.
Pretty much retired, physically and thanks to a bad illness I'm cold all the time. Need to be somewhere warm. Period. Cruises are my answer.
had anyone any true advice about what I heard is they just stay on the ship...practically live on the ship. Only getting off when they feel at destinations or during ship and other changes.
Anyone?

Google "living on a cruise ship" & you'll find any number of stories, though this may be the most inauspicious time in history for it.

This is what google says ;-)

The average cruise ship passenger spends around $213 per day, which would add up to $77,745 for someone living aboard the ship full-time.

"The World" is a ship designed for this. A bit pricey.
https://aboardtheworld.com/

"If money's no problem and you're not prone to seasickness, the 43,524-ton MS The World residential cruise ship may be just the ticket. That ticket for one of its 165 luxurious shipboard condos, by the way, can cost from $825,000 to $7.3 million. First, though, you'll have to prove your net worth exceeds $5 million."
