I am a bit confused, i would like to know why costa cruise has decided to discontinue their itinerary of India and Maldives, since i was on board for some time i could see they getting high bookings and a lot of events were also taking place, like Indian marriages and incentive groups. Can anybody form the sector tell more about it?

You best bet is to call Costa or inquire through a TA. You can also register at cruise critic if you haven't already as they have far more traffic.
