Baltimore - Camden Yard and what else? Hotels?
Driving Boston-DC, including Baltimore and some other stops. Try to see baseball game in various cities to which we travel, so will schedule around Orioles home game. What else is up in Baltimore. (Family with 2 teenagers who will do historical sites and museums) Thanks

If you are staying in the downtown area near the ballpark, there are plenty of options for families.
The Inner Harbor area has the National Aquarium, the Maryland Science Center, plenty of harbor cruises and water taxis to choose from. Also a short taxi ride or water taxi will take you to Ft. McHenry, where the Star Spangled Banner was inspired.
Also near the ballpark is the Babe Ruth Birthplace Museum which houses a lot of baseball history.Plenty of restaurants and shopping available within walking distance of most downtown hotels.

The Inner Harbor area also boasts a Hard Rock Cafe and is the site of the first ESPN Zone. As far as hotels, we have stayed at the Hyatt at the Inner Harbor and it was decent. For $99 per night, we ended up with what I believe was a hospitality suite as it had a murphy bed and several doors that appeared to lead to other rooms. However, it had a fabulous view of the city. Just make sure you put your privacy tag out or housekeeping will start banging on your door at 8:30 a.m.
Have a great time and be sure to hit the Italian section, near the Inner Harbor, for dinner one night.

There's a lot up in Baltimore.
Take a water taxi or walk from the Camden Yards/Inner Harbor area over to the Fell's Point neighborhood and explore the historical side streets. Right nearby Camden Yards along S. Charles and S. Light is the Federal Hill neighborhood. Go to the Cross St. Market between S. Charles and S. LIght and you'll understand why people call Baltimore "Charm City". You'll definitely want to hit one of Baltimore's markets as they give you a real feel for the city's character; the Cross St. Market, Broadway Market and Lexington Market are unlike anywhere else I've ever been. If you have time, I recommend catching the light rail up to Mount Washington stop and go to some of the cute shops and neighborhoods right next to the light rail stop.
Head to the Walters Art Gallery or the Baltimore Museum of Art for cultural pleasure. Want something out of the ordinary: check out the Baltimore Tattoo Museum or the Baltimore Museum of Dentistry.

I think you also asked about a hotel. I stayed at the Holiday Inn which is just a few blocks from Camden Yards. Ylou can actually see the hotel beyond the outfield wall.
You might want to check out the Babe Ruth Museum. (Of course, as you're from Boston, it might bring up painful memories.)
