Cancun shuttle
We are flying into Cancun in January 2013 and need to get a shuttle from the airport to our hotel in Playa del Carmen. We will have a 9 month old with us so we need one that provides a carseat.
Anybody have any recommendations?

I have done that route many many times by shuttle and have never seen a carseat in the vans that do this route. Nor have I seen one in the ADO buses that go from Cancun airport to Playa del Carmen. My sense is you will need your own carseat, although I hope someone else can provide more suitable info for you.

Cancun Valet is good, I have used them. I've also used USA Transfers:
http://www.usa-transfers.com/
Give them a call and ask. I think emd is probably correct though, I can't recall ever seeing a child seat in ANY cab/van/bus that wasn't carried on by the owner.

A HA, I did find this in USA Transfer site info:
<<<Do you have child seats?
Yes we have BUT we can never guarantee having it for you. It is 99 % for sure but sometimes flights are delayed, traffic, changes in schedules etc and the vehicle with the child seat gets tied up. We do our best but sometimes things are out of our control. If you MUST have one, it is best to bring yours from home. Our child seats are the baby-style, rated for up to 40 lbs front-facing. We do not have the booster-style seats.>>>

Thank you for the recommendations for shuttle services.
I will think about just brining our own, seems silly as we didn't buy her a seat on the airplane, but I don't feel comfortable holding her on the drive if they don't have one.
