Car Service to Wine Fest in Tuscany?

Hi all! Doing a Rome/Tuscany/Venice trip with 3 girlfriends and we’re planning to go to the Wine Festival in Chianti (in Greve). We’re staying near San Gimignano - so looks to be about an hour away. While we’re renting a car from Rome for our time in Tuscany, we’d like to enjoy the wine and not drive that day. I have a few questions:
1) Has anyone been to the wine festival? What’s it like?
2) Any recommendations for a car service in that area for the day?
3) Recommendations for a car rental company for pick up in Rome and drop off in Florence near the train station would be appreciated— is there a train station near San G that we should consider or is Florence the only option for getting a train to Venice?
thank you in advance!

I have used hillsandroads.com a couple of times and have been very happy with them. They are based in Siena, so not far from where you're staying.

I think Florence would be the best option for train to Venice.
