Celiac Friendly Florence Italy Cooking Classes
DH and I will be in Florence for a month and would love to participate in a fabulous cooking class. But he has celiac and this is the world of pasta so that presents a challenge. Does anyone have feedback based on first hand experience with this type of class? I see that such classes are available but trust the input from Fodorites above all others. Not focused on price here but instead quality of the experience. BTW he is Sicilian American and has cracked the code on many GF pasta dishes so this is more for fun and community than an introductory course. Thanks in advance!

Cooking class for celiacs found
Replying to myself as my husband and I attended a GF cooking class with Chef Vary. It was very fun and we learned some great techniques- GF cooking is all about the methods to overcome that lack of gluten. We made pasta, pizza and tiramisu in the space of about 3 1/2 hours. We also enjoyed tasting the wine with Vary’s husband at the adjoining shop Tuscan Taste - a great find in and of itself with a stupendous charcuterie board with amazing GF crackers. Also accommodates non-GF visitors! I highly recommend!
