Help on Porto-Douro-Ericeiria trip in March

Hi everyone,

After spending 2 weeks in the Algarve, I'm planning a relaxing road trip before our return flight. On March 10, we will leave Alvor and then go up to:

Sintra - 3 nights
Tomar (and Coimbra) - 2 nights
Porto - 3 nights
Douro wine tour by car - 3 nights
Ericeira or other seaside hotel - 4 nights
Lisbon airport hotel - 1 night before flight
We already visited Cascais and Lisbon. Any suggestions and comments on my itinerary would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Should be a nice trip!

I stayed in both Tomar (1 night) and Coimbra (2 nights). If it matters, there's MUCH more to do in Coimbra.

Thanks kja! I think you're right about Combria. Instead of Tomar, we booked a hotel in Combria for 2 days. Also, we changed our last stop to Sesimbra. It's not much farther from Porto or the airport. We will better appreciate walking on the beach.

Ericeira is a hidden gem. Great beaches, hiking trails along the coast with incredible views, tons of cafes and restaurants and few tourists.
