Capetown in February/March for one month

Capetown in February/March for one month
Back to Capetown February 22 to March 21.Have been to the Kruger area twice for safaris.Is there any safaris closer to Capetown and what are the conditions this time of year/
Was also thinking of making a trip to Namibia in March again to see the local wildlife but the weather conditions do not look favourable.
I will be visiting the winelands Franschoek/Stellenbosch as part of my trip
Any advice welcome
