Hi,

I've read through many messages here but still haven't found exact answers, so I thought I would post. I really appreciate any help you can provide. I narrowed it down to Wailea Beach villas or Elua Villas for a family of 4 - 2 older teens during the first week of June 2025.

1. WBV - would you prefer to be on floors 3-5 of penthouse for a view OR in a closer villa to the beach (looks like they are on ground level so no view). I hate to miss a view!
   
2. WBV - how far is the penthouse from the beach? It looks way back there but hard to tell.
   
3. Elua will be 2000-3000 cheaper for a week. Is WBV that much better than Elua, and why?
   
4. Any thoughts on Elua to help me choose it?
   

Ya'll are great! It's almost decision time, and I really appreciate the help!

We like to cook, so we will be cooking dinners at home. We also like to drink wine on the patio or balcony at night, so a balcony or patio with an outside is ideal. We love to snorkel and 2 scuba dive, so we would love to snorkel nearby from the beach, ideally. Will go to Hana one full day. Pool is not important.
