Thoughts on our Ireland Trip (Upcoming)

I would love some feedback on our plans for our trip to Ireland next month (July 2023).
Day 1 - Fly into Dublin - taxi to Trinity College (we have rooms reserved there). Resting and touring St Stephen's Green/Trinity College - lunch and dinner and Pub.
Day 2 - Dublin - Emigration Museum - exploring Dublin continued
Day 3 - 1916 Walking Tour, Kilhainham Gaol, food and drink
Day 4 - Drive to Cork, see Cahir Castle on the way, explore Cork. Hotel is Maldron Hotel Shandon.
Day 5 - Ferry from Baltimore to sea Kayaking, dinner in Kinsale.
Day 6 - Drive to Galway - stopping for lunch in Doolin. Explore Galway (possibly Latin Quarter)
Day 7 - Bike Rental, Gin Distillery Tour.
Day 8 - Drive to Buncrana (family cottage) hike Canamara on the way.
Day 9 - Drive to Belfast (open to suggestions....Black Cab Tour?)
Day 10 - Drive to Malin Head and Derry. Spend the day in Derry.
Day 11 - Drive back to Dublin Airport to come home.

Feedback is welcome as well as any restaurant and pub recommendations. We plan on enjoying our meals and nights in the pubs.

Dining in Galway: Cava Bodega for creative Spanish tapas, Il Vicolo for excellent Italian food. The Crane has live trad music every night and a good scene.
