Recommendations (Trip Bergen - Odda)
Hi there,
I was planning to go somewhere else but I had a situation and can not go anymore. So, I was wondering if I could get some help planning this trip as I am planning to start this very 27th of May.
I usually prepare my trips with much more time in advance but, as I mentioned, the previous plan has failed so, I have to come up with a solution.
I was planning to land in Bergen from Barcelona and stay a day or two (gotta plan some hikes and sightseeing,) Any tips?
So I am into waterfalls, I wanted to take a train to Vossevangen and stop for a day to go to visit Skjervsfossen and Tvindefossen (Do you think this is achievable?)
I have seen there are lines 950 and 990 buses going there.. (Does anybody know bus prices for these distances?)
Then I wanted to catch another train from Voss towards Gudvangen (Is there a Train station?) (How much does that train cost?) and see that area.
After that, I would like to catch another transport to Flam and do the route to Myrdal by train, as I have read it is beautiful.
Then, take a train to Eidfjord to see Voringfossen and other waterfalls around.
From there, stop in Kinsarvik, see Nyastolfossen.
And finally, travel to Odda, stay few days and enjoy hikes around. Then, travel back to Bergen.
I have two weeks to do that. What do you guys think? Is it achievable to do all this by transport? Do you know prices for transportation?
Any tips or locations I should check in that journey?
Best regards!!.
JJ.

waterfalls are everywhere
Accomodation may be a constraint, the country is big but the towns are villages

The fast ferry Bergen - Eidfjord along Hardangerfjord is a good day out: https://hardangerfjord.com/en/eidfjo...dfjord-6194963

I'd suggest you cut your journey in half by staying in Eidfjord: Many hotels there, lovely views. Next day you can either take the ferry back to Bergen at the end of the day, or take the bus to Geilo or Voss in the morning and take the train back to Bergen. With a couple of changes you can get from Eidfjord to Myrdal as well, which makes for a great combination with Flåm.
