HOW TO TRAFERSE FROM PLACE TO PLACE & SEE THE SITES!
Santorin - I assume we can take taxis.
To Paros - I assume we can take ferry, then rent a car, then return car.
To Nifplio - I assume we can take ferry, then rent a car, then return car prior to going to Athens.
To Athens - Hire driver.
Is that Correct?
Any car rental recommendations or driver to Athen?
Or any other thoughts, our first time?

Rent a car on Santorini. It's the best use of your time and is a lot less expensive than taking taxis. I always recommend Vazeos in Oia, Tony's in Firostefani, Spiridakos in Fira and at the port, and Motor Inn in Kamari Beach. They will all gladly deliver a car to you at your hotel.

Check out Athens Car Rental. They can meet you at Piraeus Port with your rental car and you can negotiate where to return it if their base near the airport does not suit you. We returned the car to their base and they called us a taxi to get into town, which worked well.

1 Day in Athens...We typically we plan for historical and significant sites, as we have done in other countries.
We will attempt to arrive as early as possible from Naxos...looking for a relaxing experience this trip.
I’m sure we will see phenomenal sites on Islands.
We are traveling with daughter, 26. She too has experience the breathtaking sites; ie, a semester in Florence.
Definitely, spend time at the Parthenon/ Museum; undoubtedly, we will miss important aspects.
