Cinque Terre, Amalfi Coast, & Greece

Trying to plan the best route for our trip. Wife and I have been to Italy 10+ times now and she has some new requests for me. She really wants to do a few days in Cinque Terre (never been) and the Amalfi Coast (her favorite) followed by some time in Greece.

We have only booked our main flights so far. We are flying LAX to LHR, I need to meet a few employees at the airport conference rooms so that the trip is “business”

We land at LHR around 8 am on March 31 and fly back out of LHR April 11th around 11 am.

(We aren’t big on relaxing, we prefer to stay busy)

My ideas so far:

31st fly to Milan and take a train to Vernazza
1st & 2nd visit the different villages.
3rd - Flight from Genoa to Naples.
4th - Travel in the morning to Positano
5th - Day in Positano
6th - Travel to Greece
7th, 8th, 9th & 10th? - Greece (thinking Athens and Santorini
10th - fly to London (No need to explore, we are typically in London 20 plus times a year for business/pleasure)
11th - Fly back home

Looking for any advice on what I should change with this setup.

TIA

Including the AC in this trip adds a lot of travel overhead for basically one full day in Positano.

Only you can decide if that is a good use of your time.

Pisa is another airport you can look at for CT. I believe it's a RyanAir city.

12 days total, 6 days traveling, 6 days in places you are visiting. That would not work for me, but you know best what you want to do.
You are experienced travelers so have probably thought about it already, but just in case, have you considered your options if the weather in the CT in early April does not cooperate? Twice, we had plans for the CT, but changed them mid-trip because of torrential downpours.

Traveling part for us is a norm and we are good with that. Based on the weather part, I’m thinking we do CT when we do Florence in July instead.

Skipping CT would allow me to add 1-2 days to Positano and or Greece.

Just a quick note -- IMO the CT in July is not a great idea (pretty bad actually). April can be rainy and there is the chance of washouts/etc. But July is a zoo with hordes of people. It seems you travel to Europe quite a lot and have a lot of flexibility. If so, I' d consider planning the CT for an Autumn trip -- say a mid Sept through October time frame.

Vernazza and Positano are nice small places, by by far not among the really interesting Italian sites.
A train ride from la Spezia (5Terre) to Naples takes a little more than 5 hrs, less than the flight solution.

Can you save the time and trouble of returning to Heathrow, and fly home from Athens instead?
