You are correct, Salem doesn’t have suburbs. If you need a realtor in Sherwood look to Leslie McCabe. She and her husband are experts in town and we used them. Yes prices are higher there but still very reasonable. Woodhaven is a very nice planned community there but also the area off Sunset and Baker Rd, up in the Highpoint areas. These are wonderful established areas and then there is a ton of new construction on the other side of 99. You might also look to Wilsonville around Villebois or in Dundee. With the new bypass there it really has helped with traffic.

Sorry, I've been slow to get back, have been out of town.
Suze, I need to explain the Duck thing more. It's not 'we' couldn't live in Corvallis as Ducks. We have Duck friends who adamantly refuse to set foot there, so wouldn't come visit us. BTW, Eugene has the highest % of returning alums living in Eugene, for the whole country.

Mms, yes it would be fun to meet. I've read your posts for ages. I met one Fodorite in France in 2005 but didn't realize it until I got back home. Apparently also our husbands talked in the hotel parking lot in Les Petit de Andelys.
