New Michelin stars for 2015. An impressive list, inlcuding one of our favorites, restaurante Álbora. Restaurants in Spain and Portugal that have now recieved their first Michelin star:

We'll be in Spain and Portugal for 17 nights, starting April 8. Only 1 restaurant in all the places we'll be: Pakta in Barcelona.

Online discussion of the menu makes it very appealing to a pescetarian like me.

Would be a nice splurge for our last night in Europe -- assuming I can get a table now!!!
