See you guys all there - just have to pack tonight & we are off! The original time was 5:00 but we were going to have to be late, so I am happy that it has moved up to 6:00.
Can't wait to meet all of you & if anyone is intersted in our DVD of our last safari in May let us know, we'll bring some copies for you to watch at your leisure. Tom, Jim would be honoured if you would like to see it, as he is using Pro-Show Gold as per your suggestion!

LyndaS - Indeed, looking forward to meeting you all and all of you!!! Will be delighted to see your May safari DVD. I have made some copies of my 2007 safari DVD for anyone interested. (2007 not 2008 because I think it is more interesting with Kruger and MalaMala than my 2008 safari was).

I, too, will be there. I live 10 minutes away...but since my husband and I leave for JRO and a Northern Circuit safari on Thursday morning...I most likely will not stay for dinner.
I'm a safari newbie....but I have been to WAP and can tell you all about that.

Really fun at the Wild Animal Park today and so nice to meet everyone. Linda thanks for the dvd, can't wait to watch it. Wish i could have stayed for the photo caravan, it was tough going back to work.

It was a great time! Drinks, pupus and good conversation at Kincaid's. It was nice to put faces to the people I've been talking to for years. I think there were twelve people at this event~a very fun crowd!
The Wild Animal Park was a lot of fun also. There were nine of us here. We walked around and saw the animals, took the tram around the park and then took the photo safari and got to feed giraffes. Talked about past and future trips to Africa, almost convinced me to start thinking about an East Africa trip. Thanks to all that came and made my visit to California special. It was great to meet y'all!
