Is Trainline OK in Italy?

Ciao Fodor friends, I was getting very frustrated with the Trentalia website so I ended up buying tickets from Rome to Florence through Trainline. Has anyone had any issues using tickets bought through Trainline? Grazie!

I purchased a ticket (Italy to Germany) for an upcoming journey on Trainline as I couldn’t get the Deutschebahn App to complete the transaction. There’s a small additional fee, but otherwise, I got my ticket at the same price (buying ahead is cheaper on the longer routes)

I had never problems with the Trenitalia website where it's easy to book for example train frecciarossa 9512 Rome dp Sept 8th at 7.10 - Florence ar 8.46, 1st class, for 24 EUR/pax.
Thetrainline works fine too. In both cases you can print your ticket after having paid it by credi card.
Trainline is offering Italo trains too.
