The Adriatic Express is a seasonal overnight train.
There are tons of other possibililties too, like
Warszawa dp by train 6.09 - Vienna ar 13.49, Vienna Erdberg dp by bus 15.30 - Zagreb ar 20.40
Warszawa dp by train 9.05 - Vienna ar 16.49, dp by bus 18.10 - Zagreb ar 23.30
Warszawa dp by sleeping car 19.50 - Salzburg ar 8.30, dp 10.12 - Ljubljana ar 14.32
