Nova Scotia via Maine and Campobello

Hubby and I are planning a road trip this summer. From NH to Bar Harbor, ME for an overnight. Then thinking from there to Lubec over the bridge to Campobello then ferry to New Brunswick mainland and ferry again to NOva Scotia. Does this sound reasonable? Also, are hotel/motel or restaurants on Campobello? Otherwise, we would spend the night in NB before crossing over to NS. Also, might like to take a different route home to see different sights. Maybe more inland, through VT or something.

Go on Google Maps and poke around to see what is in Campobello, hotels, restaurants, etc.

Thanks. I did do that. I was hoping to get some input from those who have been or are familiar with the area

Your itinerary seems entirely feasible, and you will have the opportunity to discover magnificent landscapes throughout your trip.
