How many days would it take to drive between Osoyoos Wa to Phoenix Az at the end of Feb? What's the best route, hotels etc along the way?

It is about 1,500 miles and 25 hours behind the wheel. How many days it takes depends on how many miles you want to drive each day.

I would drive Osoyoos, Bridgeport, Moses Lake*, Kennewick, Baker City*, Boise*, Twin Falls*, Ely (NV), Las Vegas*, Wickenburg, Phoenix.
