I have a reservation for a small 4x4 (Ignis) for 12 days in December for $443 all inclusive, through Tricolor..it's the email rate by the way...don't know what it would be if I had called???
It actually took only about 2 days to get a response from Cynthia at Tricolor...I would try writing to them again...here is the return email [email protected], she says it is all inclusive, insurance and all.
