Thanks Richard,
Your input to others is always helpful.
I have found good info in many sites about these hotels, including a great book, GAMBERO ROSSA, ROME.
It list hotels, restuarants, gelaterias, etc.
But I really would love to talk to a traveler who has stayed there.
Nancy, I haven't been to any of the listed hotels. The Due Torri has been mentioned quite a few times. Once the Forum's text search function appears to be working now, try typing <due torri> in the text search window, mark match exact phrase and give it a go ... this should produce 48 posts ... I remember the Richard stayed there recently and also the people were recommending the Santa Chiara over the Due Torri.

A text search on <torre argentina> produces 7 posts. Maybe you'll get some answers there. Use the same scheme for the Senato and the Regno ...There's at least one good reference for the Regno (by Denise) and for the Senato (Rob).

Paulo
