Do you have stair climbing problems?
Probably time to start thinking in Euros especially as we don't know if your dollars are Australian or American
Generally you benefit from being a bit back from the main areas to keep the costs down

Funny -- the request is for my German DiL, but she put it in $$s. Its American $s. They would prefer an elevator and not 4 flights of stairs. A couple of flights is not a problem.
