Not sure it will make much difference tbh. They still have to fingerprint you and you join exactly the same queue as everyone else, whether they already are registered for EES or still have to go through the process.
I guess it does no harm to give it a try though - you can then let others know if it worked and sped things up.

I don’t think it makes a big difference. You still have to go through passport control like everyone else, so waiting time mostly depends on how busy the airport is. It might help a bit with preparation, but it won’t skip the line
