Has anyone used the Travel to Europe app at Lisbon airport and if so does it make much difference in time going throuigh passport control.

Not sure it will make much difference tbh. They still have to fingerprint you and you join exactly the same queue as everyone else, whether they already are registered for EES or still have to go through the process.
I guess it does no harm to give it a try though - you can then let others know if it worked and sped things up.

sorry about the double post. I'll try the app and see what happens.

I don’t think it makes a big difference. You still have to go through passport control like everyone else, so waiting time mostly depends on how busy the airport is. It might help a bit with preparation, but it won’t skip the line
