transit

Can anyone tell me how to get from Heathrow Airport to the Dorsett City Hotel located at 9 Aldgate High Street, London EC3 N1?
Is there a shuttle from the hotel?
Janet

>>Is there a shuttle from the hotel?<<

No - absolutely not. It is more than 20 miles all the way across London.

You would either take the Tube Piccadilly Line to South Kensington, then change to a Circle line train to Aldgate. It will take more than an hour . . . OR pre-book a car service like justairports.com. It will also take more than an hour and cost about £40-£45 but it would be door-to-door without a schlepp to the LHR tube station or through South Kens station.

But it is funny.
Plus it is a warning not to use the word when in the UK, that is unless they want to drive one that is.

jellybaker, it is much more simple to hire justairports.

It was my one-time experience that going through customs took over an hour so I had to pay 6 pounds extra for extra parking fees. I was tired, stressed, and carrying a suitcase. Getting a ride door to door was worth every extra penny.
