Some do and some don't. I am not sure what you mean by a German train.
The ones that require no changes leave at 6:44 and 10:44. They length of time required by the no change connections is longer than the Thalys connections by about 60 minutes.
The quickest travel time about 5 hours, 20 minutes, but the connections include 2 changes, one at the Frankfurt airport station and the other one at Köln where you switch to the Thalys train, which gets up moves out.
The no change one makes something like 10 stops enroute. The faster train from Köln makes only 3. So I guess it depends on which type of trip you want, an easy journey with no changes or a couple of switches of conveyence.
I am not sure I know which I would take.
The Thalys connection requires a reservation and is more expensive overall. The slower train cost is about 80€
the other prices are not listed on the German rail web site, which is where this info comes from, and is available to all.

You can do an enquiry here:

In doing a sample enquiry, I saw that a minority of trains went all the way from Frankfurt to Paris. Most train journeys from Frankfurt to Paris involve a change, e.g., at Koln (Cologne).

If you sleep well on trains you can save travel time and a hotel bill if you book a sleeper, board at 22320, leave at 2250, and reach Paris Gare de l?Est at 0701. The fare with a berth in a 3-berth women only compartment is about 140 euros, and with a berth in a private compartment about 220 euros. Please write if I can help further.

Starting in 2005, Germany will run an ICE train from Frankfurt to Paris, stopping in Colonge and Brussels and one or two other places. You don't say when you plan to travel, I assume it's earlier than 2005, but still, it's worth noting for future reference.
