Many thanx for the comments regarding my efforts to post my recent trip to Paris. For some reason I simply couldn't post everything into one section so I wound up trying to split it which didn't work too well either. For the individual (from Fodor?), thx for combining everything. I know this made things easier for those who wanted to read the report. <BR> <BR>I had seen someone split a report like this a couple of months ago so I thought this was the norm. Oh, well. <BR> <BR>I tried to send the trip report individually as well. I will certainly look into the possibility of "expage.com" or some other venue for posting. <BR> <BR>I love Fodors, everything about it. It was and will always be one of my primary sources for info & experiences about places I might like to go or learn about. I look forward to all of your help down the road as my wife & I plan future travels. We don't know where yet but we'll certainly look to all Fodorites for help in making all of our trips a success such as the trip to Paris! <BR> <BR>Meanwhile, if anyone still wants my report, until I get set up on a website, just send me a note to my email & I'll get it to you individually. Bob, I would like to say that you have taken the negative remarks about your posting in a most gracious way, and that I enjoyed your personalized view of your visit to Paris (and hey, it was a posting about 'travel', which if not strictly observed is another thing that can draw the ire of some readers). Frequently posters request 'reading recommendations' that help them enjoy Europe, and I think these personalized entries accomplish this also, especially when your memory triggers one of my memories!...So, thanks again.

Bob, I thought your postings were wonderfully interesting. I appreciate that you did not take offense at some of the negative comments regarding them - funny, but in the last couple of months there have been a few crabby people on the site that disparage everything, and usually they are people who don't add anything either, or else they post anonymously. Glad you enjoyed your trip!

Bob, thanks for taking the time to give us the details of your trip. We went to Paris last year and it brought back some delightful memories. For all those negative postings re: your trip report..no one is forcing anyone to read anything in particular in this forum..if it doesn't interest you, don't open the string. It has been diffucult to post a long message lately thus having no choice for multiple messages. Thanks again..it sounded like a wonderful time, and you sound like a great guy with a great attitude!!!!
