Spain Trip
What do you think?
We will be arriving 9/30 in Madrid. As of now staying at Hotel Europa. Any coments. A day trip to Toledo is planned. On to Barcelona via AVE. Staying at Hotel Murmuri in Eixample section. Barcelona to Granada by air. 2 days in Granada. Granada to Ronda by Rental car. 2 days in Ronda. Staying at Alavera De Los Banos. Ronda to Tarifa by car stay 2 nights at Hotel Dulce Nombre and on one of the days take the boat (hydrofoil) to Tangiers. That might be on Oct 12th. Will holiday have any effect o that? Tarifa to Seville (return rental car) 3 days in Sevilleat Hotel Becquer. Seville to Madrid via AVE. stay overnight and head to airport for flight back to San Francisco.
Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks

Crossing to Tanger may depend on the weather. I'd advise skipping it too, and realising Cordoba is really far away, I'd suggest a visit to Vejer de la Frontera (west) or Castellar de la Frontera (the old town inside the castle, and the former convent of La Almoraima) to the east.

your plans sounds good, except I am not sure about Tangier ( is it worth it?).
If you decide to fly Seville- Madrid ( the rate is high - no competition), you will , most likely, have to change terminals. Also , flying different airlines does not help in case of missed connections.
I would prefer taking AVE, spending another evening in Madrid ( if money is not a big issue), and heading home the next day ( as you planned).
